Tasks
- Lead and shape people-related activities in Group Audit
- Ensure alignment with internal audit practices and standards
- Integrate people, capability, and engagement into core processes
- Collaborate with Audit Leadership and Operations colleagues
- Support adoption of new ways of working, particularly Agile
- Act as a trusted partner on people-related matters
- Own and improve recruitment and onboarding experience
- Ensure onboarding reflects GA’s practical operations
- Champion GA’s values and culture
- Maintain a clear view of skills and capabilities
- Identify and support Group-wide development priorities
- Lead professional upskilling agenda
- Coordinate training and capability building
- Support practical, role-relevant development
- Deliver workforce planning and capacity analysis
- Support forecasting and scenario analysis
- Manage relationships with co-source providers
- Maintain the function’s operating rhythm
- Facilitate leadership and governance forums
- Support communication and engagement
- Own and improve core people processes
- Ensure accuracy of people data and records
- Support informed decision making with metrics and controls
