Senior Associate Relationship Manager(m/w/x)
Supporting wealth solutions for international entrepreneurs and families at a boutique bank. 3+ years private banking experience required. Client reporting and CRM system use.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, ideally in an Assistant Relationship Manager or similar support role
- Previous experience with Avaloq or other CRM systems is highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of Private Banking processes, documentation standards, and client servicing expectations
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong service orientation with client-centric mindset
- Self-motivated, quick learner, results-focused with commitment to quality
- Skilled at meeting tight deadlines and performing effectively under pressure
- Highly organized and structured approach
- Proactive, independent, and capable of taking initiative
- Collaborative team player with flexibility, enthusiasm, and drive
- Adept at working in a multicultural environment, fostering inclusivity and adaptability
Tasks
- Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers
- Create tailored client reports and presentations
- Facilitate professional client interactions
- Coordinate meetings
- Ensure positive client experiences
- Handle financial transactions (stock exchange, FX, FD, loans)
- Assist with credit applications
- Support KYC procedures
- Manage account openings, closures, and payments
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Serve as operational link between Geneva and Zurich
- Ensure alignment and efficiency between branches
- Support Branch Manager with operational tasks
- Support Branch Manager with organizational tasks
- Support Branch Manager with regulatory tasks
- Oversee local implementation of centrally defined processes
- Monitor centrally defined risk initiatives
- Enhance communication on inter-site projects
- Prioritize tasks in cross-location projects
- Collaborate on inter-site and cross-location projects
- Conduct data analysis using Power BI
- Manage budgets
- Perform portfolio assessments
- Conduct revenue assessments
