Requirements
- •Minimum 4 years of administrative support experience
- •Bachelor's degree or KV Lehre with comparable experience
- •Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- •Proactive work ability and task management
- •Organizational skills with high attention to detail
- •Professional attitude and friendly demeanor
- •Proficient English in writing and speaking, German is a plus

- •Assist the Department Head with daily organizational tasks
- •Support the senior management team in the Department
- •Manage calendars for internal and external meetings, conferences, and calls
- •Coordinate events and offsite activities
- •Book international and domestic travel using Concur and an external agency
- •Prepare itineraries and logistics in Outlook
- •Process expense reports
- •Prepare presentation materials and documents for meetings
- •Assemble and print meeting agendas and handouts
- •Manage the Department's budget and invoice payments
- •Maintain, file, and execute contracts
- •Update data in internal databases and systems
- •Review, format, and assemble PowerPoint presentations according to corporate design standards
- •Perform other administrative tasks as needed
