  • •Degree in graphic or communication design, or comparable training
  • •6+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency environment
  • •Outstanding conceptual and design skills for digital environments
  • •Creative thinker and hands-on maker
  • •Relentless eye for quality
  • •Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • •Digital mindset with curiosity for innovation
  • •Confidence in using AI as a creative tool
  • •Understanding of marketing technologies (MarTech)
  • •Collaborative spirit
  • •Ability to think in prototypes
  • •Strategic and brand-oriented thinking
  • •First experience in professional leadership is a plus
  • •Fluent German required; very good English advantageous
  • •Flexibility to travel when needed

Bachelor's degree
