Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that every product is not only stylish and functional but also safe and compliant. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to eliminate safety risks, manage compliance inquiries, and transform data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• •Relevant master’s degree
• •1–3 years of hands-on experience in product safety, compliance, chemistry, or a related technical field
• •Genuine curiosity about product development
• •Problem-solver’s mindset: creative, analytical, and energized by complexity
• •Clear, confident communication skills
• •Self-directed, organized working style
• •Proactive and adaptable
• •Experience in apparel and/or footwear product safety and testing
• •Familiarity with global compliance frameworks or evolving regulatory landscapes
• •Solid understanding of supply chain processes and their impact on product integrity

Tasks

• •Transform material and product test data into clear approvals
• •Partner with designers and developers to eliminate safety risks
• •Contribute to the Product Safety Manual and Restricted Substances List
• •Collaborate with the Chem-IQ team to align with emerging regulations
• •Manage product safety and compliance inquiries for customers
• •Ensure transparent communication with internal teams and regulators
• •Equip teams with tools and training for safety and compliance
• •Validate product claims to ensure evidence-based messaging
• •Design and maintain reporting rhythms to drive strategic insights
