Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business
  • Experience in treasury and regulatory reporting
  • First experience in project management
  • Proficiency in financial modelling
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ideally experience with PowerBi or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Capacity to collaborate with international teams
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent German and English

Tasks

  • Model the company's financing structure
  • Build and maintain relationships with rating agencies
  • Prepare internal, external, and regulatory reports
  • Structure cash pooling and internal financing
  • Execute global treasury projects
  • Develop relationships with the CFO community and FP&A
  • Coordinate with banks and IT service providers
  • Ensure compliance with EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and AWV
  • Support treasury-related audits and examinations
  • Analyze cash flows, liquidity, and financial risks
  • Implement treasury policies and procedures
  • Align treasury strategies with corporate financial objectives
  • Drive technology enhancements and workflow improvements

  • Master's degree
