- Technical understanding for AI technology transfer into in-vehicle systems
- Technical understanding for AI technology transfer into automotive platforms
- Strong strategic management skills
- Strong portfolio planning skills
- KPI-driven steering of innovation initiatives
- Excellent coordination of cross-functional teams
- Management of complex stakeholder environments
- Fluent English language skills
- German language skills (plus)

- Lead strategic development of AI innovations
- Transform AI into automotive applications
- Identify global AI trends and market opportunities
- Translate trends into sustainable product opportunities
- Align cross-functional stakeholders for AI initiatives
- Drive a unified, forward-looking AI vision
- Evaluate and expand strategic AI partnerships

- Shape transfer of AI from concept to vehicle-ready systems
- Consider automotive constraints and scalability
