Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering background, ideally Java
  • •Expertise/interest in performance optimization and algorithms
  • •Hands-on with streaming/batch data, Kafka, Flink/Spark
  • •Familiarity with observability/DEM signals and anomaly detection
  • •Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills

  • •Design efficient algorithms for large-scale data

  • •Rapidly prototype features like incident summaries and anomaly hints
  • •Harden prototypes for scalability and define success metrics
  • •Collaborate with engineering to operationalize algorithms
  • •Present findings to PM and development teams
  • •Ensure privacy and security in AI applications
  • •Monitor production impact and iterate based on feedback
