Requirements
- Education in accounting/finance or comparable qualification
- Several years of accounting experience, ideally in asset management or fund industry
- Strong knowledge of statutory financial reporting under OR
- Experience with regulatory requirements (FINMA)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems (Abacus is a plus)
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Solution-oriented, precise, structured working style
- High level of ownership and autonomy
- Team player
- Thrives in young, international environment
- Enjoys actively shaping processes
- Residence in Switzerland
- Valid work permit
Tasks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Perform group consolidation
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Monitor portfolio and fund performance and costs
- Support portfolio management with financial analysis
- Coordinate tax filings with external partners
- Participate in projects and implement new processes and tools
- Act as deputy to the Finance Accountant
- Support the CFO
- Prepare for and support audits
