- •5+ years of B2B software sales experience
- •Track record of closing €50k+ enterprise deals
- •Experience selling to technical buyers
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Comfortable running technical demos
- •Hunter mentality for enterprise accounts
- •Previous role at a testing or DevOps company
- •Experience in automotive, medical device, or industrial verticals
- •Existing relationships at large enterprise accounts
- •Familiarity with QA processes or compliance requirements

- •Collaborate with founders to shape positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
