Security Training, Education, and Awareness Manager(m/w/x)

Description

You will strengthen the aviation industry's cyber resilience by designing engaging training programs and awareness campaigns that foster a culture of vigilance and reduce human-related security risks.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in cybersecurity, education, or equivalent experience
• •Minimum 5 years of education and cybersecurity experience
• •Track record in cybersecurity training programs
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Understanding of threat actors and attack vectors
• •Aviation industry experience (highly desirable)
• •Willingness to travel (5%)

Tasks

• •Develop strategic cybersecurity training and awareness programs
• •Build a Cyber Champion Network to embed security awareness
• •Design and deliver role-based training for aviation stakeholders
• •Create engaging campaigns to promote safe digital practices
• •Align training content with international aviation standards
• •Update materials to reflect evolving threats and compliance
• •Coordinate education efforts with internal and external partners
• •Assess training effectiveness and identify improvement areas
• •Conduct phishing simulations and behavioral readiness assessments
• •Report training metrics to leadership and regulatory bodies
• •Support incident response readiness through simulation exercises
• •Advocate for a cybersecurity-conscious culture at all levels
• •Maintain a consistent and unified voice for cybersecurity
