Requirements

  • •Banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or comparable qualification in banking/financial services
  • •5-10 years of experience in processing and booking of trades in all financial instruments
  • •3-5 years of experience in settlement of trades in all financial instruments
  • •Practical knowledge of Avaloq banking platform
  • •Ability to communicate clearly to internal and external counterparties
  • •Strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • •Swift, reliable and exact working style
  • •Very good command of English and German, French is beneficial

5 - 10 years

Tasks

  • •Process and book Stock-Exchange transactions for Swiss and UK businesses
  • •Handle investment fund transactions, including alternative investment funds
  • •Match trade confirmations via SWIFT, Omgeo/CTM, or paper-based methods
  • •Chase counterparties for late and failed settlements
  • •Settle trade transactions across various custodians using the Avaloq system
  • •Manage securities transfers free of payment
  • •Oversee custody functionalities related to securities transaction and position management
