Defining accounting for new banking products and core banking system replacement at a wealth management firm. T24 or comparable core banking system experience required. Direct involvement in major system replacement projects.

Requirements

  • Education in finance or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in securities accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, particularly in securities
  • Proven experience with T24 or comparable core banking systems
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and RVI (Swiss Banking GAAP)
  • Demonstrated project experience in SAP and practical use of SAP
  • Project experience with SAP, including practical application of SAP systems
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; Fluency in German is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, independent and exact work approach
  • Resilience under pressure and high flexibility

Tasks

  • Assess and define accounting requirements for new banking products
  • Develop corresponding booking logics in line with local standards and IFRS
  • Support and represent Securities Accounting in ongoing projects
  • Assist with core banking system replacement and trading infrastructure
  • Implement newly introduced accounting-relevant regulations
  • Manage operational tasks within Securities Accounting
  • Prepare reports for the annual report under local standards and IFRS
  • Analyze and optimize existing business processes
  • Conduct employee training and prepare user documentation in English
  • Provide Financial Accounting support to international locations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards
