Requirements

  • At least 5 years full-time experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master
  • At least 7 years of experience within product development
  • Experience with methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP
  • SAFe 6.0 Certification
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to aid resolution of team conflicts
  • Technical background in software development or technical degree
  • Track record of continued education in Scrum
  • Experience on a Team of Teams level
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device industry
