Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or similar
  • 7–10 years sourcing or supply chain experience
  • 3–5 years leadership experience
  • Background in supplier management and negotiation
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and supply chain tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Tasks

  • Lead and develop the Category Management team
  • Build team capabilities and ensure high performance
  • Implement strategies for supply reliability and cost competitiveness
  • Reduce supply chain risks through strategic planning
  • Oversee complex negotiations and legal contracts
  • Manage senior supplier relationships and resolve escalations
  • Align with Procurement Operations on strategy execution
  • Provide risk assessments and demand insights for Planning
  • Drive cost-out and value-engineering initiatives
  • Lead continuous improvement projects
  • Track supplier KPIs and contractual compliance
  • Monitor and report on category performance

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
