- Represent the QC Microbiology department at meetings and audits
- Serve as the scientific SME for project-specific microbial analyses
- Monitor and evaluate current improvements in QC Microbiology
- Coordinate work package completion within business units
- Ensure timely communication among interdisciplinary teams
- Collect and evaluate verification data to identify weak points
- Implement corrective measures for flawless operations
- Define cGMP examinations for deviations to ensure compliance
- Participate in creating and releasing technical documentation
- Develop verification plans and reports
- Develop and verify analytical microbiology methods
- Support other departments with Quality Assurance tasks
- Contribute to various projects at the Visp site
- Drive process improvements to maintain competitive edge
- Be on-call approximately 3-4 times per year
