- Plan and execute polymer chemistry research projects
- Conduct laboratory experiments on monomer and polymer synthesis
- Modify and formulate polymer materials
- Characterize polymer materials using chemical-analytical methods
- Characterize polymer materials using physical testing methods
- Research and assess technical state-of-the-art
- Evaluate scientific literature, patents, and chemical databases
- Analyze and document experimental data
- Prepare technical reports and presentations
- Support internal partners in project implementation
- Assist in troubleshooting formulation issues
- Assist in troubleshooting processing issues
- Engage with external academic and industry partners
- Manage joint projects with external partners
- Supervise assigned staff, including lab technicians, interns, and apprentices

- Master's degree
