Tasks

- Gather and update technical documentation, including system diagrams and SOPs
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks using scripting tools
- Prepare technical diagrams and network maps using Draw.io and Visio
- Perform basic SAP GUI tasks under supervision
- Review system alerts and integration queues for monitoring activities
- Assist in data validation during transports and interface testing
- Help prepare test scenarios for new developments under guidance
- Support integration mapping documentation for SAP PI/PO
- Maintain a technical knowledge base with troubleshooting guides
- Contribute to internal dashboards using Excel or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Collaborate with development teams in debugging sessions and code reviews
- Support incident and change tracking by maintaining logs and ticket summaries
- Explore and test emerging SAP technologies and summarize findings
Education
- Currently in higher education
