Tasks

  • Dashboards und Reports mit SAP Analytics Cloud oder ähnlichen BI-Tools erstellen
  • Business Requirements von internen Stakeholder:innen strukturiert aufnehmen
  • Anforderungen in passgenaue Analytics-Lösungen übersetzen
  • Daten analysieren und relevante Insights für interne Teams aufbereiten
  • Reporting- und Analytics-Prozesse aktiv automatisieren
  • Business Practices entlang der Customer Value Journey verantworten
  • Post-Sales-Infrastrukturen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit definieren
  • Als Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT für skalierbare Prozesse agieren
  • Innovative Arbeitsweisen und KI-Technologien im Customer Success einführen
