  • SAP Sales & Service Cloud Projekte (V1 & V2) umsetzen
  • Fachbereiche im Projektzyklus als Ansprechpartner:in betreuen
  • Sales- und Serviceprozesse konzipieren
  • Sales- und Serviceprozesse implementieren
  • Sales- und Serviceprozesse optimieren
  • SAP und externe Systeme zusammenführen
  • Zusammengeführte Systeme betreuen
  • An Workshops mitwirken
  • Anforderungsanalysen durchführen
  • Tests durchführen
  • Go-Live Aktivitäten begleiten
  • Implementierungen im Field Service Management (FSM) unterstützen
