  • •Experience in supporting customers or specialist departments in SAP Basis operations
  • •Good German language skills
  • •Strengths in problem recognition and analysis
  • •Team spirit, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Support customers during SAP system disruptions
  • •Assist with the installation and maintenance of SAP systems
  • •Manage and develop customer relationships based on partnership
  • •Implement corrections and plan release upgrades
  • •Handle installations, updates, and patches in collaboration with Basis consultants
  • •Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers
  • •Ensure implementation of the defined escalation process for SLA non-compliance
  • •Develop system solutions focusing on data security and encryption technologies
