Tasks
- Maintain stable SAP operations in regulated, international environment
- Coordinate with internal experts, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Plan and coordinate releases, system updates, and maintenance windows
- Oversee SAP documentation standards on SAP Enterprise Portal and SharePoint
- Support SAP operations during S/4HANA transformation
- Govern SAP system changes and transport activities using SAP Solution Manager
- Schedule and control transports into productive systems
- Handle standard and emergency changes, including evening imports
- Analyze and escalate change and transport issues
- Maintain and align test documentation
- Coordinate test planning and execution with project managers and stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change, release, and transport processes
- Support audit-relevant SAP topics and documentation
- Manage security-relevant topics, including emergency access approvals
- Coordinate review, prioritization, and implementation of SAP Security Notes
