- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or comparable qualification
- 7 years of Swiss banking experience
- Experience in Anti Financial Crime and Compliance
- Knowledge of Sanctions and Embargoes regulations

Tasks
- Deputize for the Head of Sanctions for Switzerland and Luxembourg
- Advise on sanctions queries for Switzerland and complex cross-jurisdictional cases
- Support management and executive board members with complex sanctions issues
- Provide second-line oversight and challenge first-line stakeholders
- Identify, escalate, and act on local and group-wide sanctions risks
- Oversee level 3 transaction filtering systems and alerts
- Manage level 3 sanctions-related name screening alerts
- Provide subject matter expertise for projects requiring risk compliance assessments
- Support IT teams with user acceptance testing and technical tasks
- Lead sanctions training plans with the financial crime education team
- Manage regulatory reports and interactions with authorities
- Coordinate management information collection for local and group forums
- Take ownership of sanctions audit tasks and issue remediation
