  • •4+ years experience as IT consultant or Business Analyst
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
  • •Collaboration with development teams for Salesforce
  • •Certified Salesforce App Builder or Consultant
  • •Hands-on experience with Agentforce
  • •Familiarity with Sales or Service Cloud
  • •Knowledge of SAFe, Agile, or Waterfall
  • •Knowledge of application lifecycle management
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • •Fluency in English and German
