- •Conduct Customer Due Diligence and KYC checks
- •Identify clients via video conference
- •Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Data departments
- •Support the Sales Team and Head of Desk
- •Handle calls and manage correspondence
- •Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports
- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- •Initiate contact and follow up with prospects
- •Acquire new clients through outreach and meetings
