Requirements
- Fluency in German and Italian
- Working knowledge of English
- Passion for sales and career growth
- Experience in sales, field sales, or gastronomy
- Experience in beverages, FMCG, and HoReCa
- Full Driver’s license
- 12 months active driving experience
- Willingness to travel
Tasks
- Drive spirits portfolio growth across Ticino and Graubünden
- Lead partnerships across On-Trade and selected Off-Trade channels
- Manage distribution, visibility, and commercial agreements
- Execute market-level strategies and activities
- Build and support strong customer relationships
- Lead regular business reviews with partners
- Identify customer needs and implement growth plans
- Communicate priorities clearly with customers and internal teams
- Adapt communication approaches to different partners
- Complete territory distribution strategies to deliver performance targets
- Maintain accurate performance tracking and customer data
- Update outlet changes and territory information
- Use data to prioritize business actions
- Utilize digital tools to manage accounts and activity
- Support execution through digital platforms
- Maintain focus on long-term goals and territory momentum
- Respond constructively to challenges and maintain accountability
