Driving spirits portfolio growth in Zürich & Aargau, leading On-Trade and Off-Trade channel partnerships. Beverage or FMCG sales experience highly preferred. Company car for private use, 6 weeks vacation.
Requirements
- Passion for sales and career growth in commercial roles
- Experience in beverages, FMCG, and HoReCa (highly preferred)
- Full driver's license with at least 12 months active driving experience
- Willingness to travel within the region
Tasks
- Drive growth of spirits portfolio in Zürich & Aargau
- Lead partnerships in On-Trade and selected Off-Trade channels
- Build strong customer relationships and support existing accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and implement growth plans
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Adapt communication approach to different partners
- Develop and execute distribution strategy in your territory
- Maintain accurate territory data and performance tracking
- Use data to prioritize actions and improve performance
- Leverage digital tools for account management and activity tracking
- Stay focused on long-term goals and respond to challenges constructively
- Maintain momentum and accountability in your area
