Requirements
- Relevant degree (Bachelor or similar) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Biology/Biotechnology
- Significant experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Bid Management, or similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in multicultural or global environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Oracle, Oxion)
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Exceptional communication engaging stakeholders at all levels

- Obtain approvals for extended payment terms
- Support RFIs with established content
- Create Sales Operations processes
- Document Sales Operations processes
- Optimize Sales Operations processes
- Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows
- Contribute to proposal content database
- Maintain proposal content database
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and SMEs
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders on priorities
- Collaborate on improvement initiatives
- Participate in sales meetings
- Provide project updates
- Develop job aids
- Create training materials
- Support consistent workflows
- Train sales teams on tools
- Train sales teams on systems
- Train sales teams on processes
- Prepare sales reports
- Maintain sales reports
- Interpret sales reports
- Analyze potential customer opportunities
