- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets
- Lead and participate in tender preparations
- Engage in contract negotiations with clients
- Implement sales strategies for profitable business
- Develop relationships with market players
- Identify new revenue streams
- Gain detailed knowledge of market characteristics and trends
- Analyze and cooperate with contract requirements
- Prepare TPA/RAF as per Group requirements
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide ongoing support to ensure high-quality customer service
- Understand the product portfolio thoroughly
- Offer technical support to customers and employees
- Provide technical guidance on sales presentations and materials
- Deliver detailed product specifications
- Find technical solutions to client problems
- Assist sales executives in defining project scope and strategy
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure retention
- Share knowledge and ideas with the team
