  • Strong track record in Swiss market
  • Experience in Financial Services (Swiss market)
  • Experience in other regulated industries welcome
  • Expertise in value-based selling
  • Building compelling business cases
  • Confident use of CRM systems
  • Confident use of sales performance analytics
  • Fluency in German
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
  • Existing professional network in Swiss financial services
  • Solid understanding of Swiss market regulations
  • Understanding of analytics-driven transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of data-led transformation initiatives

Tasks

  • Accelerate growth in the Swiss market
  • Acquire new logos and expand key accounts
  • Position high-impact value propositions for complex software
  • Drive measurable business outcomes for customers
  • Manage mid-to-long sales cycles
  • Identify and win new customers through targeted prospecting
  • Develop strategic account plans and engage partners
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract closure
  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Engage senior decision-makers for upselling and cross-selling
  • Position solutions based on value and tangible outcomes
  • Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and events
  • Work with Consulting and Professional Services on tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ensure high data quality and CRM transparency
  • Share customer insights and market trends with teams
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Strengthen market presence in Switzerland
