  • Proven, in-depth experience managing scientific leaders
  • Strong networking, strategic management, building specialist networks
  • High competence with digital media, omnichannel sales, data-driven work
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial thinking and action, self-motivated, hands-on
  • High innovation, ability to inspire for new approaches
  • Strong communication, convincing, motivating, good presentation skills
  • Familiarity with § 75 AMG and pharmaceutical compliance
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • High willingness to travel nationally, occasionally internationally

Tasks

  • Develop and implement sales strategy for cardiologists, lipidologists, and outpatient clinics
  • Recruit and build national resources for the Cardio Sales Force
  • Analyze market and competitor data to derive national sales strategy
  • Set strategic and operational priorities for national and regional goals
  • Manage customer-centered customer journeys across all channels
  • Lead and develop regional managers cardio for scientific and sales excellence
  • Identify and build relationships with scientific leaders
  • Plan and manage scientific training concepts
  • Coordinate networks between specialists, clinics, and general practitioners
  • Manage performance of the Cardio Sales Force using KPIs
  • Foster a positive, constructive, and innovative team culture
  • Collaborate with GP Sales Manager, Marketing, Medical, and medical-scientific field service
