- Technical degree, vocational training, or technician qualification
- Ideally, experience in technical sales
- Advantageous experience in KNX or building automation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales and closing orientation
- Independent, structured, and strategic working style
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaboration
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Fluent German and good English skills
Tasks
- Drive revenue and growth for the KNX business line
- Serve as the central contact for KNX professionals
- Plan and implement strategic sales activities independently
- Coordinate closely with the Product Marketing team
- Acquire new customers through active cold calling
- Develop existing customer interest in KNX products
- Prepare technical specifications with customers and internal teams
- Organize and lead local training sessions and workshops
- Support the regional sales team as a KNX expert
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Development departments
