- Initial leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
- B2B marketing and sales funnel optimization skills
- Experience in lead generation system implementation
- Understanding of business and HR processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Passion for learning and professional development
- Fluent English and Spanish, Italian is a plus
Tasks
- Execute the commercial strategy across Southern Europe
- Lead and motivate direct and indirect sales teams
- Manage regional forecasting and pipeline health
- Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Services on growth programs
- Monitor processes to ensure smooth operations and cohesion
- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance
- Conduct sales workshops and educational seminars for the channel
- Assess individual and team success through KPI monitoring
- Identify and recruit capable partners for DocuWare solutions
- Onboard new partners and close standard partner agreements
- Implement business review plans to develop channel opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities with sales and professional services
- Qualify potential customers and guide them to deal closure
- Analyze territory records to plan and measure results
