Requirements

  • Proven success in senior sales leadership
  • Strong experience and network within the Defense sector
  • Track record of driving growth across multiple verticals and pan-European markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills at C-suite level
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience in ICT, Customer Experience, or digital transformation solutions
  • Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and collaborative approach

Tasks

  • Develop and implement the pan-European vertical sales strategy
  • Define growth targets and drive revenue, margin, and profitability goals
  • Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams for local execution
  • Identify and secure new strategic customers in target verticals
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and industry bodies
  • Champion the full solution portfolio to create high-value propositions
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive trends within each vertical
  • Translate market insights into compelling vertical-specific offerings
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Delivery for messaging consistency
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing, customer-focused sales team
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement
  • Define, track, and report KPIs for transparency and decision-making
  • Provide regular business updates on pipeline and market opportunities
