Requirements
- •Proven success in senior sales leadership
- •Strong experience and network within the Defense sector
- •Track record of driving growth across multiple verticals and pan-European markets
- •Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills at C-suite level
- •Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- •Experience in ICT, Customer Experience, or digital transformation solutions
- •Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
- •Confidence in using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- •Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and collaborative approach

Tasks
- •Develop and implement the pan-European vertical sales strategy
- •Define growth targets and drive revenue, margin, and profitability goals
- •Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams for local execution
- •Identify and secure new strategic customers in target verticals
- •Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
- •Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and industry bodies
- •Champion the full solution portfolio to create high-value propositions
- •Monitor market dynamics and competitive trends within each vertical
- •Translate market insights into compelling vertical-specific offerings
- •Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Delivery for messaging consistency
- •Inspire and lead a high-performing, customer-focused sales team
- •Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement
- •Define, track, and report KPIs for transparency and decision-making
- •Provide regular business updates on pipeline and market opportunities
