Requirements
- •Undergraduate degree in life sciences
- •1-2 years of internship or work experience in Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative function
- •Passion for Benchling’s mission and life sciences research
- •Willingness to cold call in French
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- •Persistence and self-motivation
- •Drive to meet/exceed goals with proven high achievement
- •Grit and resourcefulness
- •Methodical and disciplined work ethic
- •Fluency in English and French

Tasks
- •Create a positive first impression with prospects and customers
- •Follow up and qualify inbound requests and MQLs via phone and email
- •Organize and prioritize sales leads in Salesforce
- •Measure lead conversion and performance against quota
- •Research companies and identify key decision makers using prospecting tools
- •Develop customized pitches for target accounts and personas
- •Collaborate with Account Executives on outbound prospecting activities
- •Drive cold calling and emailing efforts to communicate value propositions
- •Assist field marketing and sales teams in promoting Benchling events
- •Staff tradeshows and follow up on leads collected at the booth
