Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookup functions)
  • Experience designing and supporting workflow tools (Power Apps or similar)
  • Strong business acumen connecting compensation design to sales strategy and performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Proven ability to challenge status quo and deliver data-backed recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
