- Retail Specialist formation diploma (Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ)
- Flair for building and developing client relationships
- Strong communication skills and understanding others' needs
- Team Player mentality
- Interest in and up-to-date with luxury industry
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Application welcome even if not meeting all criteria
- Use of protective equipment required for certain roles
Tasks
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional service and create memorable brand experiences
- Maintain boutique standards for cleanliness and appearance
- Capture meaningful customer data for professional relationships
- Attend ad-hoc client and company events
- Extend product knowledge through proactive research
- Participate in trainings
- Follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors
- Assist Boutique Management with health and safety requirements
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and empathically
- Apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines
- Organize and maintain back-of-house stock storage
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and integral part of the team
