- •Support the regional institutional sales strategy

- •Prepare and participate in client presentations
- •Maintain regular contact with active regional clients
- •Retain and grow existing client business
- •Resolve initial non-technical client issues
- •Collect and report client feedback to development teams
- •Conduct user training sessions when required
