- Plan and conduct internal audits and safety inspections
- Organize training sessions and emergency drills
- Develop HSE key performance indicators
- Prepare regular management reports and trend analyses
- Maintain documentation for audits and certifications
- Promote a sustainable safety culture
- Raise HSE awareness among employees
- Embed safety as a core company value
- Foster an open reporting and learning culture
- Assume SiBe role in accordance with EKAS requirements
- Collaborate with Innovation, production, HR, and external specialists
