- Solid professional experience in Occupational Safety & Health
- Experience in research, laboratory, technical, or industrial environments
- Solid knowledge of occupational Safety principles and practices
- Leadership and ability to influence Safe behaviors
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Teaching, coaching and facilitation skills
- Autonomous work and team collaboration skills
- Fluency in French and English
Tasks
- Develop the center's occupational safety strategy and roadmap
- Implement safety initiatives and roadmap improvement actions
- Track safety KPIs and contribute to reporting
- Oversee on-site compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Conduct safety inspections, observations, and hazard identification
- Promote a proactive safety culture through field dialogues
- Report safety incidents and manage investigation follow-ups
- Train and coach staff on safe work practices
