- •Specialist in occupational Safety (CFST, STPS or equivalent)
- •Solid professional experience in Occupational Safety & Health
- •Experience in research, laboratory, technical, or industrial environments
- •Solid knowledge of occupational Safety principles and practices
- •Leadership and ability to influence Safe behaviors
- •Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- •Teaching, coaching and facilitation skills
- •Autonomous work and team collaboration skills
- •Fluency in French and English
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Develop the center's occupational safety strategy and roadmap
- •Implement safety initiatives and roadmap improvement actions
- •Track safety KPIs and contribute to reporting
- •Oversee on-site compliance with safety standards and procedures
- •Conduct safety inspections, observations, and hazard identification
- •Promote a proactive safety culture through field dialogues
- •Report safety incidents and manage investigation follow-ups
- •Train and coach staff on safe work practices
