Requirements

• 5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, accounting, or related roles
• Master’s degree in business administration or related field
• International experience working with diverse cultures and global teams
• BA/BS or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline
• Proven influencing skills in driving adherence to core model
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong analytics skills
• Ability to lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Understanding of global S2P strategies and alignment with broader objectives
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Tasks

• Oversee engagement with local partners
• Align local strategies with global S2P objectives
• Collaborate with regional teams to address local business needs
• Ensure high-quality S2P service delivery
• Optimize global and local resources for efficient operations
• Provide strategic S2P guidance and triage support to Procurement
• Drive adherence to S2P core model across the enterprise
• Anticipate annual purchasing volumes and resourcing needs
• Provide customer service and resolve S2P-related issues
• Measure progress and value delivery with management
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to simplify S2P processes
• Support execution of S2P projects and new tool implementation
