- Assist RMs with risk and compliance issues
- Manage KYC and AML processes
- Interact personally with clients
- Manage cash, credit/debit cards, and transfers
- Execute payment orders, transfers, and trading orders
- Ensure adherence to internal regulatory policies
- Observe cross-border rules and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and corporate events
