- Trainings in banking products and services (SAQ/CWMA) or Compliance trainings
- Min. 5 years' in similar Assistant position in a Bank or IAM in Switzerland
- Knowledge of Latam markets is a plus
- Good knowledge of wealth management products and services
- Deep knowledge of compliance rules (incl. cross-border) and Swiss regulations
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sense of organization and priorities

Tasks
- Prospect, onboard, and close clients
- Update databases
- Manage communication and reporting
- Prepare client visits
- Organize internal and external meetings
- Support RMs with Central Registry documentation
- Handle documentation updates and repapering
- Assist with Risk and Compliance for KYC and AML issues
- Engage in personalized client interactions
- Manage cash, credit/debit cards, and transfers
- Execute payment orders, transfers, and trading orders
- Ensure adherence to internal regulatory policies
- Observe cross-border rules and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and corporate events as requested
