Requirements

  • •University degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in commodity trading risk
  • •Asset experience in BESS or PPA as a plus
  • •Solid understanding of FX risk
  • •Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Python, VBA, or SQL
  • •Strong communication skills and English fluency

Tasks

  • •Measure and report daily P&L for power trades
  • •Analyze market risk and trading positions
  • •Review mark-to-market valuations and volatilities
  • •Challenge trader assumptions and basis risks
  • •Develop risk analytics for senior management
  • •Validate deals and ensure data integrity
  • •Maintain and enhance risk valuation models
  • •Collaborate with front office and finance teams
  • •Translate trading results for monthly accounting
  • •Identify operational risks and improve systems
  • •Support risk officers on other desks
