Requirements

  • Coding skills and creativity
  • Educational background in data science, STEM, economics, finance, or comparable field
  • Experience applying machine learning or AI in professional environment
  • Python development, validation, and maintenance of ML/AI solutions
  • Experience with LLM-based workflows, RAG systems, vector search, agent-based approaches, or prompt design
  • Experience with Git and Docker
  • Independent work and end-to-end technical topic ownership
  • Responsibility for delivery
  • Explaining complex technical concepts to stakeholders
  • English communication skills (C1 level), written and verbal
  • German communication skills (C1 level), written and verbal
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Familiarity with Java
  • Exposure to Azure or Databricks
  • Experience with AI solutions in regulated industry
  • Experience with OCR, document intelligence, table extraction, or financial document analysis
  • Knowledge of model governance, explainability, AI risk, data quality controls, and regulatory requirements

Tasks

  • Design and develop Risk Intelligence use cases
  • Maintain Risk Intelligence processes end-to-end
  • Work with structured and unstructured data
  • Build data pipelines for ingestion and extraction
  • Prepare features for machine learning models
  • Implement machine learning solutions for credit risk
  • Refine LLM-based systems for document intelligence
  • Collaborate with risk and interdisciplinary experts
  • Work with international teams to launch use cases
  • Ensure model governance and explainability
  • Maintain data quality controls
  • Align with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor AI and machine learning developments
  • Apply relevant learnings in practice
