Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in private or public markets
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Workday
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Tasks
- Support compensation and benefits process development
- Prepare and analyze compensation data
- Design compensation reports and dashboards
- Lead market benchmarking for salary and benefits
- Collect and validate external salary data
- Compare external benefits data
- Assist in preparing reward proposals
- Create reward presentations and management materials
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Adhere to governance requirements
- Follow applicable legal and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll
- Engage with other stakeholders on reward topics
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance reward processes and tools
