- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau is advantageous
- Exceptional structuring and analytical abilities
- Ability to switch between strategy and execution
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- Well-organized and detail-oriented work manner
- Ability to translate complex questions into analysis
- Confident cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Strong English communication skills
- German language skills are advantageous
Tasks
- Own and optimize corporate and partner pricing
- Manage standard pricing structures and tools
- Support custom deal structures
- Collaborate with Sales Ops on Salesforce implementation
- Ensure revenue visibility in Salesforce
- Track key revenue and cost drivers
- Analyze monthly performance and margin trends
- Define data-driven margin improvement measures
- Conduct regional market analyses for growth
- Design sales territories and allocate capacity
- Define sales target logic and conditions
- Align stakeholders on sales target-setting
- Monitor performance trends and flag risks
- Manage end-to-end commercial processes
- Support strategic decisions with structured analysis
- Provide clear recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Update and maintain pricing calculators
- Manage pricing mechanics and commercial terms
- Establish reliable margin monitoring systems
- Break down performance into actionable insights
- Calculate annual sales targets
