Tasks
- Administer and maintain Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger O&O stores
- Organize administrative and commercial aspects of technical maintenance
- Monitor repair and maintenance activities
- Handle damage and insurance claims
- Oversee technical inspections and facility upkeep
- Manage service and facility operations
- Coordinate with external service providers and landlords
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Maintain documentation, reports, and tracking tools
- Support invoice processing
- Assist with energy management and audits
- Review service charge statements
- Support project managers and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Drive process improvements
- Support sustainability initiatives
