  • Assist team with daily activities
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
  • Gather data to investigate inventory mismatches
  • Map potential root causes of mismatches
  • Participate in stock takes and cycle counts
  • Ensure physical counts match system records
  • Support information flow between teams
  • Prepare simple inventory reports
  • Update tracking dashboards
  • Identify operational bottlenecks
  • Suggest improvements to daily workflows

  • Currently in higher education
